KUALA LUMPUR: Gerakan says it is taking legal action against Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for his constant allegations against the party, which helmed the state government before 2008.
Party secretary-general Datuk Liang Teck Meng (pic) said that among the allegations was that the previous Penang state government, under the leadership of former Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon, had sold reclaimed land in Tanjung Tokong at a price of RM1 per sq ft, with an area of 396.6ha valued at RM42.7mil.
