GEORGE TOWN: Penang wants the Federal Government to amend the existing law to allow council health officers the access to locked premises suspected to be the breeding grounds of Aedes mosquitoes.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said he had conveyed the matter to Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya on Saturday.
