Abdul Rahman will not debate Rafizi on IPP deals

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan (pic) says he will not debate PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli on issues relating to the independent power plant (IPP) industry.

The Barisan Nasional Strategic Communications director, however, issued a lengthy statement on Friday to answer Rafizi's claims on the lopsided IPP deals.
