ALOR SETAR: Malaysians graduating from international schools are required to sit for and pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Bahasa Melayu paper if they want to join the civil service in the country, said Education Minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid.
He said this was not only a requirement for one or two sectors but a blanket ruling for all who wished to join the civil service.
