PETALING JAYA: The Government will consider the request by top SPM 2014 students to use their local scholarship funds to study abroad, following a request by 2015 Bursary recipients, says Deputy Education Minister Datuk Chong Sin Woon.
This came after the MCA Youth chief paid a visit to Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Ali Hamsa to discuss the matter.
