PETALING JAYA: Many undocumented foreign workers were caught by surprise during raids by the Immigration Department that involved unmarked cars and plainclothes personnel.
The raids in the Kuala Lumpur and Sepang areas on Sunday night until early yesterday morning involved 40 enforcement agents and four officers from the National Registration Department.
