PETALING JAYA: Even as it continues to draw flak over the plan, the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) says it has not finalised details of the move to charge parking fees for 290 roads on the island.
According to a Chinese daily's report on Monday, MBPP financial management committee alternate chairman Joseph Ng said authorities would meet to decide on details of the parking charges.
