PETALING JAYA: The Penang government's explanation that it did not overpay on consultation fees for three road projects is unjustifiable, said Barisan Nasional strategic communications deputy director Datuk Eric See-To (pic).
"The BNSC team made a preliminary assessment of the reasons given by YB Chow in regards to a 17.6% instead of a 400% over-payment. We believe many of those excuses given by the Penang Govt are not valid, inaccurate and unjustifiable," he said in a statement on Sunday.
