GEORGE TOWN: The Penang High Court has rejected a judicial review application to declare as unlawful a planning permission for a budget hotel project beside a mosque in Leith Street.
Calling for the parties involved to “live in harmony”, Justice Datuk Hadhariah Syed Ismail said hotels were in every corner of the island as Penang was a small place with many tourists.
