SHAH ALAM: There was carelessness involved in the escape of a rape and robbery suspect (pic) from police custody, says Selangor's top cop.
"For me, the initial investigation showed very clear carelessness that led to time and opportunity for the suspect (to escape)," said Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Samah Mat at a press conference here on Wednesday.
