New FGV chairman pledges to do his best


Sulaiman: 'As a listed company, FGV has to follow corporate governance, rules and regulations... all such allegations won't distract me or derail our plans.'

PETALING JAYA: Newly-appointed Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) acting chairman Tan Sri Sulaiman Mahbob said he will perform to the best of his ability in the new role.

“God willing, with the support of the board, I will discharge the fiduciary duties to the best of my ability in the interests of shareholders and stakeholders,” he said in a statement yesterday.
