Suhakam: Address root cause of bullying culture


PETALING JAYA: Public demand for the most severe criminal prosecution in the deaths of T. Nhaveen and Zulfarhan Osman Zulkarnain may be a short term-solution, says the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam).

In a statement issued on Saturday evening, Suhakam said such a response does not address the root cause of this escalating social problem, though the public outcry for loss of life is understandable.
