SUNGAI PETANI: A 28-year-old man was arrested on Friday over a video clip purportedly showing a three-year-old boy smoking syabu.

Kedah CID chief Senior Asst Comm Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said the suspect was arrested at the Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital (HSAH) here at 3am.
