KLANG: The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) will gazette a new ruling to make it compulsory for foreign helicopter pilots to undergo orientation before they could fly in Malaysia, said Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
The Transport Minister said the Cabinet had endorsed the new regulation last week.
