SEMPORNA: Sabah is taking a cautious approach in trading with the Philippines following security concerns there.
State assistant finance minister Datuk Ramlee Marahaban said bilateral barter trade was frozen indefinitely due to security threats in the territorial waters covering the Eastern Sabah Security Zone and the southern Philippines.
