PETALING JAYA: Customers who have bought Malaysia Airlines tickets to London for June 3, 4 and 5 can get a full refund from the airline should they wish to cancel their flights.
The offer came after the London Bridge terror attacks early Sunday morning that killed seven people and injured 48 others.
In a statement, MAS said customers who have bought tickets to fly on those three days to London can also reschedule their flights with no penalty or extra payment.
Customers who wish to do so can contact the airline's call centre at 1 300 88 3000 (within Malaysia), +603 7863 3000 (outside Malaysia) or visit its ticketing offices for refunds or rebooking of flights.
The airline also expressed its sadness over the attacks.
"Malaysia Airlines regrets the sad news of the incident in London. Our sympathies are with the family and friends of the victims," said the airline
