GEORGE TOWN: Seven residents of a middle-class area here have come up with a novel way of getting their neighbours to embrace Penang’s waste segregation law.
They have introduced a points reward system that lets some 25,000 residents of Macallum Street Ghaut flats redeem household essentials after segregating and sending their recyclable waste to the collection point.
