BUTTERWORTH: A factory owner was fined RM15,000 in default five months’ jail when he pleaded guilty to illegal possession of forest products.
Thum Chin Tiam, 61, was charged before Sessions Court judge Noor Aini Yusof on Friday with illegal possession of 49 logs of timber without proper documentation.
