PETALING JAYA: Police have nabbed a 25-year-old scammer for allegedly using a fake payment receipt to obtain handphones, which were being sold online.
Federal Commercial Crime Investigation Department deputy director (cyber and multimedia investigation) Senior Asst Comm Datuk Mohd Kamaruddin Md Din said the suspect along with two of her friends were arrested on Thursday night at a hotel in Setapak.
