KUALA LUMPUR: The Pantai 2 Sewage Treatment Plant (STP 2), which is Asia Pacific's biggest sewage treatment plant, was launched by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak here Thursday.
Located in Pantai here, the plant is also Malaysia's first fully underground sewage treatment plant with a capacity to treat sewage from 1.4 million residents in Pantai and other areas in the Klang Valley.
