SEREMBAN: There is nothing the authorities can do to prevent national schools from becoming mono-ethnic, said Deputy Education Minister Datuk Chong Sin Woon (pic).
He said parents make the ultimate decision because they have the freedom to enrol their children in national, vernacular, private or international schools.
