JOHOR BARU: The Education Ministry should continue with its initiative to relocate teachers who are serving away from their spouses to be nearer to their loved ones as a means of motivating them to perform better, said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

The Deputy Prime Minister said 22,000 teachers had previously asked for transfers as they were separated from their spouses.
