Technician jailed for 14 years for IS support

KUALA LUMPUR: A 35-year-old technician was sentenced to 14 years in jail for two counts of giving support to the Islamic State (IS) group act by way of pledging his allegiance and using explosives.

High Court judge Justice Azman Abdullah jailed Bukhori Che Noor for seven years for each charge after he admitted to the charges on Tuesday.
