KUALA LUMPUR: Users of public transport in Greater Kuala Lumpur are expressing higher levels of satisfaction, based on the results of the latest poll by the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD).
The survey, which compared satisfaction levels in 2016 versus 2015, was conducted by an independent party which polled 2,198 persons at nine points in the Klang Valley, with two-thirds (1,516) being public transport users while the remaining 682 were not.
