Ali Hamsa: Implement projects once approved without delay

PUTRAJAYA: Ministries and agencies must implement projects as soon as they receive budget approval so that the people can enjoy its benefits, says Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa (pic).

"Once the money is in, it's time for the project to start," said the Chief Secretary to the Government.
