KUCHING: A businessman pleaded guilty at the Special Corruption Court here Friday to a charge of bribing a Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry officer at his factory on Dec 21 last year.
Bakery operator Phang Tze Sin was sentenced by Judge Nixon Kennedy Kumbong to a day's jail and fined RM10,000, in default two months' jail after pleading guilty to the offence.
