SANDAKAN: Almost all teaching posts in Sabah will be filled by locals by 2020, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said.
The Prime Minister said measures were undertaken to ensure that 90% of the teaching posts in the state would be filled by Sabahans within the next three years.
