KUALA LUMPUR: The Government is applying to strike out the lawsuit filed by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim against his Sodomy II conviction.
Anwar’s lawyer Latheefa Koya told reporters here that High Court deputy registrar Erry Shahriman Nor Aripin had instructed the Government to file its application before case management on May 18.
