BAGAN DATUK: The Government wants at least half of the Malaysian population to have attained at least diploma qualifications by as early as 2050, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said.
A highly-educated population, he said, was a prerequisite to becoming a developed nation.
