IPOH: Two temporary shelters have been opened to house flash flood victims from two districts in Perak.
According to a state National Disaster Council secretariat spokesman, 77 villagers from Changkat Jong, Hilir Perak and Kampung Tengku Hussien here have been relocated to the shelters as of Sunday.
