ALOR SETAR: PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang delivered his policy speech at the party's annual muktamar by completely skirting the hot-button issue of its ties with PKR.

In an address that lasted a little over an hour at the opening of the 63rd PAS muktamar here on Saturday, Abdul Hadi did not make a single reference to the party's increasingly strained ties with PKR.
