TEMERLOH: The High Court here dismissed a suit by 555 settlers against Felda and Felda Palm Industries on the grounds that their allegations of fraud in the sale of palm oil fruits were baseless.
High Court judge Justice Tuan Hassan Abdul Ghani ruled on Thursday that the plaintiffs’ allegations were not sustainable and they had no supporting evidence.
