SERDANG: Police are not ruling out new arrests after 38 suspects, including 33 youths, were arrested for gang-related activities near schools.
Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Fadzil Ahmat (pic) said police found that the group also had a WhatsApp group through which they communicated, dubbed “Gang 24 Apache.”
