BUKIT MERTAJAM: Starting from June, public market and roadside stall traders in Seberang Prai will not be allowed to hire foreign workers.
The ban also covers hawkers at Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) food complexes, and even foreign workers with permanent resident status cannot be hired.
