Mechanic arrested over offensive remarks against Johor royalty

JOHOR BARU: Police have arrested an 18-year-old mechanic in Kedah for posting insulting remarks against the Johor Ruler, Johor Crown Prince and the Johor Royal institution on Facebook.

Johor police chief Comm Datuk Seri Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Mohd said police received information about the matter on Thursday at around 2.51pm and an investigation paper was opened for further action.
