KUALA LUMPUR: Former Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigation Department chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Ku Chin Wah, charged with failing to declare all his sources of income, will learn his fate next month.
Sessions Court judge Sohaini Alias fixed May 26 for delivery of her judgment in the case against the 58-year-old Ku, after hearing submissions by the prosecution and defence yesterday.
