PUTRAJAYA: A former national football player, who was detained by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) for seven days to facilitate investigations into match-fixing in the 2017 Premier League, was released on bail Friday.
Magistrate Nik Isfahanie Tasnim Wan Ab Rahman allowed the 43-year-old man, nicknamed ''Ah Chong'', to be released on MACC bail of RM50,000 with three sureties.
