KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman, who has been charged with insulting Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor on Facebook, claims that his account was banned even before the alleged incident.
"His Facebook account has been suspended since March 30. He was in Klang at the time in question," said Lim Lip Eng, the lawyer for Kum Eng Choon, 48.
