GEORGE TOWN: The Penang government cannot reveal the three land reclamation agreements via the Freedom of Information (FOI) Enactment as it is bound by the ‘Confidentiality Clause’.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the agreements were entered and agreed upon between the developer and the Gerakan-led administration when it was in power.
