PETALING JAYA: PAS is distancing itself from its former deputy president after an Opposition politician alleged he had received money from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

PAS secretary-general Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan (pix) said his former colleague Datuk Dr Nasharudin Mat Isa, who lost in the 2011 party elections, has not held any post in the party since his membership in the Ulamak Syura Council was terminated in 2013.
