PUTRAJAYA: Former information technology executive Norazman Bashah Ahmad Azam Bashah, who was charged with murdering his wife, remains free.
This was after Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohd Hamzah Ismail informed Chief Justice Md Raus Sharif, who chaired a five-member Federal Court panel, that they were unable to serve notice of appeal on him for the third time.
