KOTA KINABALU: Sabah is taking full advantage of its location in South-East Asia by developing the Sepanggar Bay Port here as a transshipment hub, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Raymond Tan.
He said the hub could benefit from regional initiatives, including China’s Belt and Road as well as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
