Tawfik files another affidavit in suit to declare Hadi's Bill unconstitutional

PETALING JAYA: Pro-moderation advocate Mohamed Tawfik Ismail has filed yet another legal paper to support his suit seeking to declare PAS’ Private Member’s Bill as unconstitutional.  

Tawfik, in his latest affidavit, contended that the recent development in the tabling of the proposed Bill was a political game carried out through the abuse of democracy process and Parliament procedures.
