KUALA LUMPUR: Sidang Injil Borneo (SIB) has applied to cross-examine the Home Ministry official involved in the church’s bid to legally use the word “Allah” in its publications.
Speaking after proceedings in chambers on Monday, SIB's lead counsel Lim Heng Seng said his client wants to query the official on the contention that the ban on the use of word "Allah" in its publications is to protect public order and avoid confusion on religion.
