KUALA LUMPUR: The Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry would rather not speculate on the effect of the war in Syria on fuel prices.

Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin said it is natural for oil prices to shoot up if there is demand.
