BUTTERWORTH: As Christians across the globe mark the beginning of Holy Week with Palm Sunday today, the parishioners of St Mark’s Church have come together to keep the age-old tradition of making palm crosses alive.

The volunteers, from Carfyna Annabarte Anak Rigson, five, to Ong Kim Hong, 76, fashioned the crosses with nimble fingers while enjoying fellowship with each other.
