GEORGE TOWN: Police fired seven shots at a car after its driver had earlier sped off when police wanted to conduct further check on his vehicle in Jalan Paya Terubong.
Like a scene borrowed from Hollywood movie, the car chase between police multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) and the driver lasted for at least 6km in the Paya Terubong and Bandar Baru Air Itam vicinity.
