Factory worker drowns, three injured after car plunges into ditch

JOHOR BARU: A factory worker drowned and his wife and two kids suffered injuries after the car they were travelling in plunged into a water-filled ditch here.

Seri Alam OCPD Supt Jokhiri Abd Aziz said that Syamsuddin Ab Samad, 40, had lost control of the car before it dove into the ditch along Jalan Bestari 8/3 in Taman Bestari Indah here at about 1am on Wednesday.
