PETALING JAYA: No person of sound mind would accept Tasik Gelugor MP Datuk Shabudin Yahaya's statement that marriages between child victims and rapists can be a remedy to growing social problems, said Gerakan Youth.
Gerakan Youth chief Tan Keng Liang (pic) said in a statement Wednesday that marrying the rapist would only bring the victim endless suffering.
