Penang Datuk in abuse of power case out on RM100k bond

GEORGE TOWN: A prominent Datuk in Penang, who was remanded since Thursday over alleged abuse of power and position in a local foundation, has been released on a RM100,000 bond.

Lawyer Reza Rahim said the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC)  released the 70-year-old man with conditions.
